The new procedure, provided for in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/empresas-e-negocios\/pt-br\/drei\/legislacao\/arquivos\/legislacoes-federais\/indrei822023_compilada.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DREI\/SGD\/ME Normative Ruling No. 82, dated February 19, 2021, and amended by DREI Normative Ruling No. 79, dated November 22, 2022<\/a>, definitively replaces physical books and marks an advance in the digital transformation of corporate registration processes in the State of S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n<p>JUCESP processed the physical books that were delivered by August 29th. However, starting in September, the system will only accept the <strong>digital authentication of books<\/strong>. Therefore, companies that still depend on physical books must quickly adapt to this new requirement to avoid having their processes hindered.<\/p>\n<p>To authenticate <strong>digital books at JUCESP,<\/strong> a <strong>digital certificate<\/strong> (e-CPF or e-CNPJ) will be required. This requirement has been a challenge for some companies, as some of those legally responsible do not yet have the certification.<\/p>\n<p>Unlike other registries of commerce in the country, which allow access via gov.br login at silver or gold levels, JUCESP exclusively requires a <strong>valid digital certificate<\/strong>.
