SOCIAL AND BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITY
We believe in ethical attitude, institutional and transparent management, respect to our collaborators and in the sustainable development of our activities. Our responsibility is to consciously contribute to the preservation of good habits to the society and the environment, so future generations have guidelines and references of valuable social and environmental actions and responsibilities.
Voluntarily, we contribute to the society wellbeing, supporting charity institutions, social programs and environmental preservation. We foster the involvement of our collaborators (PLBrasileiros), to disseminate such culture through our social and corporate networks, including with attitudes similar to the attitudes of those around us.

Collaborating to make
families happier
Voluntarily, PLBrasil Group joined the Citizen Company Program, which allows the extension of maternity and paternity leaves from one hundred and twenty (120) to one hundred and eighty (180) days and from five (5) to twenty (20) days, respectively.
By joining such program, PLBrasil Group reinforces the need for family institutions in the society and the importance given to our team has in the institution.
In addition to the extensions foreseen in the maternity and paternity leaves, PLBrasil Group also guarantees such leaves for adoptive parents, including adoption by homosexual couples.

In 2020, PLBrasil Group launched the “The change is in you” program, aimed at improving the quality of life of PLBrasileiros and the search for a healthier society. In such program, we work the body and mind so everyone may choose healthier, more sustainable and happier paths.
In 2015, we implemented in our offices the Workplace Exercise and daily delivery of fruits to our collaborators and, in 2020, we implemented a program with nutritionist and psychologists, taking care of the balanced life tripod: mind, nutrition and exercises.
